If you're looking for authentic Filipino food in Killeen, Lumpia Avenue is absolutely worth checking out. We tried quite a spread — tocilog, dinuguan, chicken adobo, sinigang, pakbet, galunggong, pork BBQ, pork lumpia, and turon — and everything was superb. The dinuguan was especially good. I liked it so much that I ended up ordering another serving to take home. The galunggong and pakbet were also a nice surprise because those are the kinds of dishes that really give you that home-cooked Filipino feel. The pork lumpia was crispy and delicious, the BBQ was on point, and the turon was a great way to finish before tackling their loaded halo-halo. Great food, generous portions, and authentic Filipino flavors. It's nice finding a place that goes beyond the usual lumpia, pancit, and adobo and serves dishes that remind you of food back home. Wish we have this in Liberty Hill. Definitely coming back. 5/5.

This was my first time trying Lumpia Avenue, and unfortunately it wasn’t a good experience. I was really looking forward to trying the beef lumpia after hearing good things, but when I bit into it, the filling was still pink in the center. It made me uncomfortable enough that I stopped eating it because I wasn’t confident it was fully cooked. The flavor of what I did try was okay, but food safety is my biggest concern. I was disappointed because I had high hopes based on the reviews. I hope this was just an isolated mistake, but as a first-time customer, it wasn’t the impression I was expecting.

The food is fantastic here! But the prices are rough. 13 bucks, plus tax, for one order of halo halo is extremely high. Especially for the state of Texas. But, the food is still great. If you're craving some really solid Filipino food, this is the best spot in all of Killeen/Harker. Just be mindful that it's pretty pricey.

this place is so welcoming. The family was so welcoming even though we came in 30 mins before closing and the lady who took our order i didn’t get her name but she was very nice and helped us pick what we wanted to eat. i wanted to try their calamansi juice but they ran out so we tried the guava juice and let me tell you 1000/10 so i know their calamansi juice is FIREEEE! we only got their lumpia and lechon kawali and man 1000/10 RECOMMEND!! we plan on going back to try the other dishes (not when they’re about to close though lol)

Great Location, but Needs Flavor Boost We stopped by Lumpia Avenue because it’s conveniently located near the Asian store. We went inside and ordered to-go. Overall, the experience was okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement. • Lumpia (4/5): It was freshly cooked, hot, and still crispy by the time we got home. • Palabok (3/5): The portion was generous, but it was quite bland and lacked the savory flavor you expect from a good palabok. Here’s a funny (but unfortunate) story: When we walked in, I noticed a fly sitting on top of one of the trays of food. I thought it was in the spaghetti, so in my mind, I decided to avoid that and go with the palabok instead. I went to use the restroom first, then came back and placed the order. Later, while eating at home, we were almost halfway through the palabok when I looked back at a photo I had taken earlier and that’s when I realized it was actually the palabok that had the fly. Oops… too late 😅 • Halo-Halo (2/5): It was a good size, but it was overly sweet. It was mostly sago, which didn’t add much variety or balance to the halo-halo.
